Attorney Wesley Gelb has been practicing law for almost twenty years, and concentrates his practice exclusively in the area of family law. Wes is board-certified in the practice of family law by the North Carolina State Bar. This certification requires an attorney to demonstrate special training, knowledge, and experience, and to embody the highest professional ethics.

Wes regularly represents clients in the most complex family law matters, including high net worth divorce, contested custody cases, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution of marital property. He helps clients to protect their interests and prevent legal conflict through premarital and postmarital agreements, and is highly regarded for his work advising business owners and businesses in the context of family law disputes.

Prior to establishing Connell & Gelb with Michelle Connell, Wes practiced family law at respected firms in North Carolina and Washington, D.C. Wes has extensive litigation experience, and is equally at home in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
